Thank you for supporting the PureVent Pet Oxygen Mask Project. Because our mission involves the direct delivery of life-saving medical equipment to first responders, we maintain strict safety and logistical protocols.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped.

  • How to Cancel: Please email our support team immediately at info@pawprintoxygen.com with your Order Number in the subject line.

  • Refund Processing: Once a cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns Policy

All fulfilled orders are Final Sale. To ensure the integrity, hygiene, and safety of the equipment provided to our fire departments and K9 units, we do not accept returns of the PureVent Pet Oxygen Mask sets once they have left our facility. This policy ensures that every first responder receives 100% new, uncompromised gear.

Damages and Issues

In the rare event that an order arrives damaged at the station or there is a fulfillment error on our part, we will make it right.

Please inspect your order details upon receipt of your tracking information. If the designated department receives a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will coordinate with the department to verify the issue and ship a replacement set immediately at no additional cost to you.
