Shipping policy

At PureVent Pet Oxygen Mask Project, our goal is to get life-saving equipment into the hands of first responders as quickly and transparently as possible. Because our model involves shipping directly to Fire Departments and K9 units, please review the following specialized shipping guidelines.

1. Direct-to-Station Fulfillment

All mask sets are shipped directly from our facility to the Fire Department, Police Station, or Emergency Entity specified at checkout.

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure you enter the official station address of the department you wish to equip as the "Shipping Address" during checkout.

  • Verification: Our team manually verifies every station address before shipment. If we find an error in the station address provided, we will contact you to correct it before the order leaves our warehouse.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Transit Time: We utilize reliable ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to ensure the gear arrives safely. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once the order has left our facility.

  • Holiday Note: During high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Rates

To keep our mission simple, we offer Flat Rate Shipping / Free Shipping on all bulk orders within the United States.

  • Current Shipping Rate: $15 per single set. Any order over one set, earns free shipping.

  • Bulk Sponsorships: Shipping for orders of 1 sets or more is free.

4. Proof of Impact (Tracking)

We believe you should see your donation in action.

  • As soon as the mask set is picked up by the carrier, we will send a Tracking Number to the email address you provided at checkout.

  • You can follow the package’s journey until it is successfully delivered to the heroes at the station.

5. Service Area

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. States and [mention Canada if applicable]. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as emergency equipment must be delivered to a manned station to ensure it is received and placed into service immediately.

6. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is marked as "Undeliverable" or returned to us due to an incorrect station address, we will reach out to you to verify the correct details. We will attempt one re-shipment to the corrected station address at no additional cost to you.
